Plaster figures like these were produced from 1939 to 1954. This little guy was made in 1941. He stands 6.5\" tall and is signed and dated and still retains the original sticker on the bottom. The sticker reads, \"Distributed Exclusively by Suttle & Rittgers, Inc. Evanston, Illinois\". Mostly sports figures, the bulk of them were made during the war years of 1941-1945. They always poke good natured fun at various sporting events, often targeting the referee, policeman or some other figure of authority. It\'s rare to find them in unbroken/uncracked condition.
