LOCAL PICKUP: I will allow local pickup on ANY ofmy listings. SHIPPING: I put a two-day handling time on mysales, but most of my items are mailed out the next morning unless it is aweekend (and I do ship on Saturdays when the opportunity arises). With larger items (over 5 pounds normally), Ioffer the option for the buyer to elect a shipping method at checkout (usuallyFEDEX, USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post).This gives the buyer the opportunity to choose the cheaper method ofshipping if they so desire. If I canship it cheaper by another method other than that chosen by the buyer, Iwill. Final decision on shipping methodrests with me, the seller, at no additional cost to the buyer.
BROKEN ITEMS IN MAIL: If you receive a broken item in themail, please send me an email and attach photos of not only the item but thecondition of the box as well. I willrefund you and file a claim with the post office. Buyer required to hold the broken item untilthe claim is received (usually a week or so) in case the Post Office has anyquestions. Buyer’s address and contactinformation is submitted to the Post Office as this is a requirement of theclaim. If you initiate a refund with or Paypal for a broken item in the mail, it will take longer for you toget your refund. Using email is thefastest and most efficient way to get refunded.I usually refund within 2 days of receiving the email.
