A beautiful Victorian era standing valentine. The paper board base is 9.5 x 9.5 inches. It has two receptacles which seem to be for flowers, above a scroll with side decorations all in the same type of thin, stiff tan paper. It has two raised celluloid butterflies at the bottom right and left. It has two die cut cherubs and a heart beautifully illustrated with two chldren, the boy playing a violin while the girl reads a piece of sheet music all on a colorful embossed base set on the plain paper board base. The sentiment reads \" With My Love to My Love\". It has a folding support on the back to make it stand up. It is not chipped or worn at all save some slight wear on the edge of the plain base which also has a very few small brown spots. I can find no maker or country of origin. Overall a beautifull valentine in great condition.
