21 1/4\" d.e. blade of slightly concave faced medial ridged section with elongated point. The forte chiseled with Cyrillic (?) characters, probably the maker\'s name. Two piece black horn grips secured with fluted conical studs. Scabbard with green cloth covering (surface congealed) and embossed white metal mounts. The blade with heavy original preservative and showing a little storage surface rust at the point, simply removed. Hilt in exceptional preservation with no damage to the horn. Exceptional for size and condition. Well crafted and good form as well. T1149
