ONE OF TWO DRESDEN LACE GROUP FIGURINES Thisis a large, lovely German porcelain and lacegroup figurine featuring a beautiful woman playing the piano, a gentleman seated playing the cello, and a man standing and playing a long wooden flute type instrument.
Fabulous coloring and gorgeous hand painted flowers!
A large display, this piece measures 11\" wide by 8\" talland 6\" deep, and weighs about 7 pounds.
The condition with gilt wear commensurate with age, no loss to the applied flowers.
This piece shows considerable loss to the lace on the lovely dress and accents. ( please see photos ) and one finger off the cello players hand.
I do not detect any repairs; please examine photos.
Although this is marked as photoed, I believe it\'s an early piece produced by Volkstedt of Germany.
