This striking portrait of Pierrot, the sad clown from the Commedia Dell\'arte, was made at theHeubach porcelain works in Lichten, Germany, probably in the early 1920s. Designed by Wera von Bartels,he measures approx. 15 inches long, 7.5 inches high andweighs 640 grams (unpacked.)He seems, remarkably, to be in perfect, as-new condition, and is of very good quality.
