GORGEOUS Patina has been repeatedly finished and distressed with our special bees wax to achieve a wonderful AGED look.

And BECAUSE of the distressing/waxing process these are NOT suitable for rolling dough or storing raw foods.

Leather strapping to one end to perfectly replicate the way they would use these leather pieces to prevent any cracks to the lip of the bowl from proceeding INTO the bowl.

Measures Over THREE FEET LONG at 39 3/4\" inches. OVER A Foot Wide at 13 3/8\" and approx. 2 3/4\" tall (remember, it\'s a HAND carved piece). Nice WEIGHT to this one too at ELEVEN and 1/4 POUNDS.

This piece has been HAND HEWN...carved out of ONE SOLIDPiece ofwood. You can see the wonderful rasp marks in the wood from the carving process.
