Up for sale is an estate item from my mothers. It\'s an oil painting of a little girl sitting in front of a castle in background. It is signed at bottom left by Roma in a very nice antique style frame. I believe it is modern rendition of the 17th/18th century style, but unknown date. Please look over all the pictures.Painting: 7 1/2 x 10 1/2Frame: 26 1/2 x 22 1/4

PayPal is my preferred method of payment -- It is by far the quickest and easiest method of payment. For Paypal buyers please be sure to note your correct shipping address in the comment section. Payment must be recieved within 5 days of sale ending. If this can not be done please contact me to make other arrangements.

I ship items usually 1-5 business days after payment has been made and clears, though if the sale ends during the weekend it will not be shipped till the following week. Please note that this is not a full time job for me so if you need your item shipped faster please message me to make arrangements. Once shipped, you will get a confirmation e-mail with all pertinent information. All items will be shipped using UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise stated. I am not responsible for duty or customs charges when shipping to Canada. Shipping charges in sale are solely responsible for shipping.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must be authorized before returning.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or partial order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If not reported within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Once contacted, you will be emailed instructions. All items will be inspected upon return.

Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We also charge a 25% charge of the item value if the item has free shipping and is returned. This is not accumulated with any other fees. This is simply because once a Free Shipping order has been shipped out; we have already paid for shipping charges that are not refundable.

Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install. Restocking fees are not profit for us. They are to cover processing, overhead and manpower. Improper installation by the customer or any third party voids any and all warranties.

Returned items must be complete, clean and unused/original sellable condition, and in their original packaging. Please do not paint the part, install the part or throw away the box until you\'re sure the part you have is the part you need! Please do not write on or alter the box in any way. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be allowed. It\'s the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application before installation. All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic or certified specialist. We cannot issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging.

Refunds typically take about 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid, (i.e. PayPal payments will receive credit to the same PayPal account used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
