Here for your consideration is a Longaberger Basket from the Traditions Collection in original box. This basket is in beautiful condition and has been stored in my smoke-free home, so there is no fading, split or broken weave. Longaberger Baskets are collectibles and are made to be handed down from one generation to another. They are hand made in the USA and are signed and dated on the bottom by the weaver. This basket originally sold for $110.00.
This is the 1996 Traditions Collection Community Basket Set which was the second in a series of five baskets. It is in the classic stain with dark green accent weave, and two swinging handles. It is oval and measures 14.75\" x 13.5\" x 6.25\" with 3/8\" weave. It comes with a liner in the Traditions Plaid, cold water wash, lay flat to dry, plastic protector and product card. The brass tag reads Longaberger, Traditions Collection, Community Basket, 1996 Edition. It is a nice big basket that has many uses.
