Matt Groening is perhaps the most successful cartoonist in history. Besides his series of \"Hell\" books there is The Simpsons TV show that is the longest running comedy animated show. His personal wealth is said to be $500 million (when will he come out with \"Money is Hell\"?) But back in 1986 when he signed this book and drew the picture he was still on the doorstep of his coming (speeding freight train) success. This book is not the first edition but it gets back to near the start. Plus he has new projects coming up. Why not go all the way and have a \"Life is Hell\" theme park? Who knows.
