This lovely monogrammed sterling silver pin/brooch was designed and crafted by the Baltimore Silversmiths Manufacturing Co. in Baltimore, Maryland. It was only known as the Baltimore Silversmiths Manufacturing Co. between 1903-1905. The back of the pin is etched with the markings of the company with a \"B\" and and \"S\" inside diamonds on either side of the \'eagle\" picture. It is marked \"STERLING 925/1000 FINE\" WITH THE NUMBERS 974 BENEATH. There is a lovely scroll design framing the outside of the oval pin with an elaborate monogram etched into the center. I am unable to determine the letters/name on the monogram. It is a beautiful collectible piece.
