This darling little Pheasant hat is a true “show-off” fashion accessory and oh-so “Mad Men”/“Jackie O”-esque with its lavish and lush glossy golden burnished Autumn/Fall tones feather embellishments that are so richly and vibrantly accented with pops of rainbow colors in hues of teal green; emerald green; ruby red; sapphire blue; sky blue; violet purple; lavender purple; etc.

The hat retains a fitted, sculptured pillbox-like shape.

RETURN POLICY SUMMARY:

Refunds, credits & exchanges are cordially provided if ever the actual condition of an item purchased from us significantly differs from the represented condition as stated in the original listing description AND provided that we have been notified of the condition issues within the requisite time frame of three (3) calendar days subsequent to customer’s receipt of the merchandise.

In such instances we will request that you return the item to us within seven (7) calendar days in the exact same condition as it was received by you, and once we have received the merchandise and confirmed it to in fact be ours, a credit or refund (whichever method of compensation you prefer) in the amount of the purchase price PLUS shipping costs will be issued to you.

Exchanges are regrettably only very rarely an available option, given that the majority of our merchandise inventory consists of antique, vintage & collectible items for which we do not have in our product inventory (with very few exceptions) more than one (1) of each particular item.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS/SPECIFICS:

In the event that you feel a return is warranted, please contact us within three (3) calendar days of receipt of your purchase and kindly furnish us with:

*Photos depicting the condition of all accompanying packaging materials (e.g. outer shipping box; interior merchandise boxes if applicable; bubble wrap; fillers such as packing peanuts &/or newspaper; etc.).

This will enable us to verify the item as being ours (by comparing it with all original listing and shipping/packing process photos), as well as to ascertain whether the condition issue is a pre-existing one which we unintentionally overlooked referencing in the original listing OR possibly one which occurred during shipping as the result of carrier negligence/mishandling.

Once we have verified the item as being ours AND made a determination as to whether or not the condition issue was in fact a pre-existing one as opposed to one which may have occurred as the result of shipping carrier negligence/mishandling, either #1 or #2 below will apply:

Failure to do any of the foregoing would not only nullify any possible insurance claim,

but it would also constitute non-cooperation which, in turn, would nullify the refund.
