For sale is an antique, early 1900\'s I believe, Loetz Bohemian Czech art glass centerpiece bowl. The bowl is hand made from green vaseline, or uranium, glass and has been decorated with dimples around the enter bowl. An iridescent finish has also been applied, giving it slightly different hues, depending on the lighting. The bowl has a nice finished, or polished, pontil, a trade mark of a quality maker. This piece does glow under a black light, but around the mid section of the bowl, where the iridescent coloring is thicker, it does not glow very brightly. The rim and the base, where the iridescent finish is thinner, glow very bright, as pictured. The bottom of the bowl, next to the pontil, are 2 small \"nicks\". I believe this was done during the making, when the bowl was broke from the close rod, but wanted to point them out. Otherwise, this piece is in perfect condition and does not have any chips, cracks, nicks, repairs or any other noted damage.

The bowl is 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 3 1/2 inches deep.
