I purchased this recently from an Estate In Ashbury Grove In Hamilton Massachusetts. This is the neighborhood where General George S. Patton made his home from 1928 until his death in 1945.The kettle was used on a parlor stove during the winters to provide humidity for the room. It is big and heavy. It measures 10-1/2\" Tall to top of raised handle or 8-1/4\" Tall to top of folded handle. It measures approximately 8\" in Diameter across the bottom.
You are buying it with its wonderful original patina .. I did not attempt to clean or polish.
