Great old large pair of carved Papua New Guinea ancestor figures. Each is carved from a single piece of wood. Tallest measures 18 1/4\" tall and the shorter measures 15 3/4\" tall with a combined weight of over 4 pounds. The taller figure is missing the stylized ear and the left side of headdress is broken & glued with a small piece missing (see detailed photos). Both have some dry cracks in the wood and several tiny chips. Overall nice condition and they display beautifully! !
