The Boot is Red in color & has aWhite Cuff at the top

Some age related surface wear/scuffs

Cuff has some what I\'m calling \'surface tears\' as you can see in our pictures

Cuff isa bitfaded from age

The Cuff tends to \'slip down\' a bit & could possibly be glued to stay in place...?
