Attractive Large Japanese pottery vases C1880
Superb quality,excellent decorative condition,enamel and gold decoration not worn and not restored.Raised jewel like gold work and enamel,decorated with Samurai warriors in armour with banners one side and other side another Samurai with junior attendent.Elegant elongated bottle shape,genuine antique hand decorated vases of extremely fine quality and not reproductions guaranteed.Measures 46cm x 13.5cm wide,impressive size,black signature to base.Unrestored damage to both top rims mostly hidden in boarder decoration and not immediately obvious.One vase has base rim chips,no damage to main bodies and not worn,fine as is or for restoration.
Lots of hand painted detail in overglaze enamels,lots of character in their faces (check close up supersize pictures),very impressive decorative display pieces.Minimal signs of wear if any,Study the supersize pictures by clicking on them to see how good the pieces are and any questions please email me before offerding.
