This is a great cabinet photo of a young boy(?) on what appears to be a homemade coasting car complete with a steeriang mechanism and a hand brake. The name \"Peters\" is written on the back - likely the last name of the child. Exquisite detail in the photograph which likely dates to the 1880\'s of 1890\'s and is most likely from Oswego County, N.Y.
