Box has been opened but the bags are sealed!!

Bag 4 has been split open but contents in the bag have never been played with or used. This set was factory sealed and however one of the seals split holding the box together and was opened to examine and realized bag 4 had been split open.

Everything is in perfect condition other than bag 4 being split open. Like I’ve said before the legos inside have never been played with or used in any way.
