This is Lego 4194 Whitecap Bay from Pirates of the Caribbean, on Stranger Tides
The set is 100% complete, I took apart and rebuilt it myself to check. The poster depicts the set and is hardly touched, even in the new condition without any rips or tears. The card of Syrena is also in good condition. All figures are accounted for 2 are even in the new condition. Jack Sparrow and the Zombie Pirate were both duplicates so these two were never touched. The figures included are Jack Sparrow, Scrum, Philip, the Zombie pirate, Syrena, and a mermaid. The set itself includes Whitecap Bay, 2 boats, a net and an anchor. Each boat has 2 oars, a lamp, and a bucket. The bay includes a tower and several other sections that can be split apart and rearranged. The tower has an exploding function where the very top and come of the lower sections fall apart by taking out the supports. The tower includes a light brick that can be aimed up and down to light up the waters. The shorter section includes a walkway on top and behind the two large doors, a large cannon that slides back and forth and can launch a net.
