The set is BRAND NEW and was never taken from its factory bags. The box has a flip top tab that we popped open to show you all of the pieces and how they are intact. The box comes factory sealed with two pieces of Lego tape on the top and bottom. The two on the top have been popped but not cut or torn (Tape tabs are still in one piece). This set! What can we say!
