CONSTRUCTION: Charming Victorian style Christmas village house called the WilsonHomestead, from the Essex Street collection by Lemax. It runs onthree AA batteries and lights up with Christmas lights on theexterior of the building, and each of the rooms is illuminated fromwithin. Inside the living room window is a decorated Christmas tree. This building is a facade, and can be set on a table top or hung ona wall.

MANUFACTURER\'SMARK: The original box is marked Lemax Village Collection.

MEASUREMENTS: The building stands about 11 inches tall and measures 8 ½ inchesside to side and 3 inches front to back.

CONDITION:Overall fair condition; it has a few exterior lights which do notilluminate; the top decorative gold rail has had a repair and has achip.
