The plate has two hallmarks, first is Limoges Mark #4, which is green with crescent moon, and Mark #3 LDBC Flambeau. This plate based on the hallmarks was made around the 1890\'s. There is some wear around the edge of the plate on the gold gilt, but does not detract from the beauty of the plate, very nice collector piece.
