This figurine is a bit odd. It clearly draws inspiration from the well known Lladro Eskimo Riders #5353 but is not a Llardo from what I can tell. Beyond that, i am unsure of its origin.
In spite of its inspiration it is still quite an interesting piece and would make a great addition to your polar bear or Eskimo collection.
