LONG WOOD CANE/WALKING/HIKING STICK WITH 1900s HAWK/EAGLE GLASS EYES KNOB/HANDLE:

This is a long walking/hiking stick with a hand carved perched hawk or eagle with glass eyes dating from the early 1900s. The carving is purportedly from the famous Black Forestregion in Brienze, Switzerland. The hawk or eagle is 2 1/2 inches high including the perch. The walking stick itself is is approximately 51 inches long, 3/4inchesin diameter and 2 1/2 inches in circumference and has a black plastic protectivetip at the end. The wood coloring is darkish brown with several different swirling multicolor taints and the stick itself has a g;loss finish.
