Offered are two small/miniature South Carolina Low Country Gullah Baskets.
These two little baskets came from the same collector, but the small one is older than the other. It shows slight discoloration/age to palmetto frond wraps.
The larger basket measures 3 1/2\" across and 3 3/4\" to top of handle. The smaller one is just 1 1/2\" wide and 2\" tall.

OurNative American and First Nation items have been collected from variousplaces--sales, estate sales, pow wows and craft stores from our travels. Many of our Quill Boxes come from Manitoulin Island, where we spend part of each summer. We hate to let some of these items go but with our children in college, it\'s time to liquidate some of the collection and share our items with others.
