Used condition lot of 19 Knowles & Royal Doulton Normal Rockwell Collector plates. 18 of the plates come with box and certificate of Authentication. Boxes have had some water damage. No scratches or ships on the plates. A few of the plates have rust spots on back from metal pieces used to hang the plates for display.Some of the COA\'s also have markings or waterdamage.All plates are limited edition plates with number stamped on the back of the plate.Please see photos.
