Lot of 3 neat old half penny tokens. Includes:
1794 TRIED FOR HIGH TREASON T. HARDY / reverse has wear to the legend which would read if entire:ACQUITTED BY HIS JURY COUNSEL HON. T. ERSKINE V. GIBBS ESQR. Edge is plain. About 28mm & 7.9g.
Undated Prince of Wales London and Middlesex halfpenny. There is edge lettering but I can only read the word \"PAYABLE\" About 29mm & 7.5g.
1794 CANTERBURY TOKEN legends are weak but should read: UNITY PEACE AND CONCORD GOOD WILL TO ALL MEN / PROTECTION TO OUR KING AND COUNTRY LAWS AND TRADE. Edge is difficult to read in spots but looks to be the: PAYABLE AT JAMES ROBERTSONS variety. About 28mm & 8.0g.
