Stated shipping charges reflect the current rate at the Post Office and includes the handling fee that reflects my quick turn around of getting your item in the mail after receipt of your payment. Yes, you may be able to find a seller with lower handling charges, but will that seller post your item immediately after you pay for it?

My charges are up-front. If you feel that they are not in line, then PLEASE do not purchase the item!
