Hudson\'s \"Twin City\" Map produced this Twin City map complete with index showing streets, play grounds, public buildings, schools,bus lines, block numbers, airports, golf courses, parks, etc. The map is 36 by 27 one side only. My father-in-law who is now deceased worked for Stanley portable power tools in the repair division and used to travel around the country and repair them so he naturally collected road maps. These 4 maps were before GPS devices and you had to pull over and read a road map. That is why maps would collect glove compartment nicks dirt, etc. These 4 maps are in good condition considering they have traveled in a glove compartment for many miles. Some of these maps looks like someone took a highlighter to different routes. There also looks like someone took an elastic band to hold the 4 together. The Detroit map is 26 by 38. The Des Moines map is 25 by 40 and Milwaukee the smallest 35 by 22.
