ITEM:

For sale is a lovely small arts & crafts hand crafted antique steel firei iron. Probably Cotswold school (guilds like those run by Ernest Gimson etc) with a simple punched dot and zig zag pattern with shaped stemand notches. It is antique and probably dates to around 1900-1920s approximately. No makers marks. Possibly by Bill Thornton & Charley Downer (Ex Guild of Handicraft, and after liquidation they continued to produce metalwork in the Cotswoldsuntil just after WW2). 　　　

CONDITION: 　

Good. Minor wear here and there, and a few small marks here and there The end point area has a little wear from use-see images.
