The ballpoint pen ismade by Cross and is in working condition but might only require a new refillto get it writing. These are really easily available online.I acquireda whole collection of new old stock Cross pens recently. The condition of this pen is excellent with no dents or dings noted. It is considered near mint in my opinion.The trim is 1/20 10k gold plated and is in perfect condition with no signs of plating loss noted anywhere.Unfortunately there is no box included.
