1963 Disney\'s Wonderful World of Color Television SeriesLudwig Von Drake in Space Ship, Original Animation 4-piece Set-Up
- This multi-piece original production artwork was first shown February 10, 1963, on NBC-TV during \"Disney\'s Wonderful World of Color\" Television Series presentation of \"Inside Outerspace.\" It was broadcast in a wide-format. Ludwig Von Drake is a character that was created for \"Disney\'s Wonderful World of Color.\" Early production items like this one were not saved and are extremely difficult to even locate. This four-piece Disney animation art consists of a three piece background with the Ludwig Von Drake cel on top. The three parts of the background are the hand painted two-tone green artwork on card stock, its hand painted transparent cel overlay with details of the space ship (its controls and windows), and the black masking piece at the top to complete it. The transparent production cel overlay containing the Ludwig Von Drake image is on top of the background pieces (though the black masking at top covers part of the top of this cel). The background card stock is 10 1/2 inches by 13 inches. The two transparent cels are just slightly smaller, with the black masking overlay from a larger piece of black construction paper. Photos are of the actual production art being offered and show the condition of this over 50 year old original Disney production item. This item is unconditionally guaranteed as original Disney production artwork.
