This is a refillable roller ball pen from Lyra of Germany; the model is called the Calypso. It is made of translucent dark blue acrylic. The pen is refillable, but with a difference -- this pen uses standard (or international size) fountain pen cartridges instead of a standard roller ball refill. (The standard cartridges are sold at most office supply stores.) The pen also has a fountain pen converter which allows the use of bottled ink. Most roller ball refills are only available in blue or black, but with the Lyra Calypso you can have a roller ball which writes in virtually any color you want!

The clip & trim are silver-colored. It has a snap-cap (rather than a screw-on cap). This pen is mint (new, never used). The pen uses international (or \"European\") cartridges.
