A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan for the Madison Avenue M. E. Church on the Corner of of Madison Avenue and 60th Street in New York City, New York. HAND-COLORED. R. H. Robertson, Architect. Perspective view. From the American Architect and Building News, January 5, 1884.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the American Architect and Building News not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved as this has been. It measures 8.75 by 12.5 inches. Has a mat border and foam core backing. The whole picture measures 11 by 15 inches (with border). Finely detailed and beautifully hand-colored. Shrink wrapped.

Plan is in VG+ condition.
