The fine print: As mentioned, this was a large haul of these paints that previously were very nicely on display in a college bookstore. When chosen for clearance, these paints were tossed rather carelessly into boxes, where they tumbled all over each other. Then, they were set out on display to endure further rifling through by customers until I happened upon them. Being an artist myself with a keen sense of their reputation and value, I naturally felt compelled to be their rescuer, hoping only to regain what I spent and maybe make a buck a piece as I find them good homes where they are sure to be loved and appreciated by YOU. The point is, cosmetically, the paint you receive may not have a perfectly impeccable appearance. They\'ve had a rough ride on their way to me and this shows, some more than others. You will find one or perhaps a combination of several of the following possible damages: dents, pricing adhesive residue, scratches, evidence of the twist cap having been taken off then put back on such as paint under/around the cap collar, slight imperfections of the manufacturer label. You will NOT receive from me any purchase with: excessive damage, cracked or broken tubes, leaking/messy tubes, dried out tubes, anything in a condition which compromises it\'s value or performance. Really though, how much do we care about the tube? The fact is that the real value is in the paint, perfectly protected and ready to perform inside. Enjoy!!Note: Please understand that all paint sales are FINAL! I have these listed as no refund but I want to be clear why. I put out a ton of money on these that I am gradually getting back and I don\'t really have the financial means to play games with difficult buyers. Not to mention, who knows what condition it will be returned in or if I could even do anything with it after that at all. I am really just not interested in any kind of returns or exchanges on these. This is not a \"just to see if you like it\" type of situation. Be sure of your purchase before you submit the order. If there are notable defects, I will be happy to send photos of the EXACT tube of paint that will come to you so that you are neither surprised or disappointed.
