HEIGHT: 15 inches/38.1 CMMadame Alexander truly captured Vivian Leigh’s Southern Bell character (Scarlett) using the sweet, heart-shaped face of her Wendy Ann doll, using the black wig!Scarlett’s emerald-green, velvet coat is utterly perfect for the Christmas Season along with her cotton, ribbed, gown embellished with red-rose and emerald-green leaf (rarer print) gown!Scarlett’s matching, winter, emerald-green velvet bonnet is in excellent condition with its original, green, plume feather! The bonnet is stiff with its original sizing and has wide Belgium Val Lace in the rear, which retains its original sizing!
Her bonnet’s long emerald-green silk ribbon streamers are in excellent condition, matching Scarlett’s gown’s waist ribbon bow streamers!Her coat Leg-O-Mutton sleeves are trimmed in wide, Belgium Val Lace (has some shelf dust, but doesn’t detract from coat’s beauty). Her coat has two front, hidden, square snap closures. On the outside there are two, emerald-green, hard plastic, embossed buttons!
Scarlett’s dress has its original, bright, Irish, olive-green silk ribbon in excellent condition! Its puffy sleeves and round neckline are trimmed in scalloped, Belgium Val Lace. In the rear there’s two square snap closures. Her M.A. tag is bright and crisp reading, “Scarlett O’Hara, Madame Alexander, All Rights Reserved, NY, USA” in the rear! Her attached, muslin petticoat is trimmed in scalloped, Swiss-dotted, organdy. Her pantaloons have matching, ruffled, scalloped, Swiss-dotted, organdy trim.Super thick coal, black, human hair wig in tightly curled, original set!Beautiful heart-shaped face with nice, soft cheek and knee coloring! Upper, sable eyelashes are nice and thick! Scarlett’s double-feathered eyebrows are bright and unfaded! Her smoke-gray eye shadow is very nice and noticeable! Her lower, painted eyelashes are nice and bright! Her blue/green eyes have started to crystallize. Deep colored rosebud lips with no paint chips!Wears original nylon socks! Green, leatherette, Baby Jane, side-snap shoes with green silk bows still intact! Her shoes have excellent green leather, but it’s slightly worn at the tips. Shoe heels are attached!5-piece composition strung body. Over-all excellent composition! None in her face, perhaps a very short, light, spider crazeline here in there, but certainly none that stand out.
