This is a magnificent original 19 century French bronze marble figure by famous artist Mathurin Moreau titled \"Livre D\'Or\". This piece has a wonderful subject, detail, and design, and its fully signed and hallmarked with a foundry seal \"Societe Des Bronzes De Paris\" further stamped \"EW\" and \"4567\", depicting a winged female figurine writing in a book on a pedestal, standing on an integral naturalistic base mounted on a circular plinth bearing a plaque inscribed \"Livre d\'or/Salon des Beaux Arts\".
