For the ring size, please go by the following measurements: The inner diameter of ring is about .83 inches (21.08 mm) across. The inner circumference is 2.56 inches (65 mm). The base of shank is .17 inches (4.25 mm)...the wider the shank, the tighter the fit. The measurements determine the ring size is 11.
