This is a 10 1/4\" diameter plate done by the firm of Minton and decorated with the pate sur pate panels. The panels are signed by the top Minton pate sur pate artist, Alboin Birks, two with his initials and one signed A. Birks. The gold decoration is incredible and like new. The back rim is also done in gold and it is signed on the back as shown.

Pate sur Pate by Birks is considered to be of the finest quality and this plate shows it. It is stunningly beautiful in person.
