This compact is a nice golden color , it is stamped Made in Italy. It measures 2 3/4 inches across with a good beveled mirror and an unused sifter and unused down feather puff. The green enamel on the vines is undamaged and glossy and translucent. It snaps shut nicely and is over 1/2 an inch thick. It is a heavy quality compact. It only has very light vintage wear it is an unused compact. Possibly gold plated, I do not see any silver marks just made in Italy.
