Beautiful and rare, one sterling silver mint julep cup bearing thehallmark of JFK, our 35th president. Because of hisshortened term in office, not many of these cups were made. Also, thehallmarks “Mark J Scearce Shelbyville Kentucky” and “Sterling”are present on the bottom of the cup.

Thecup has its original blue cloth bag and id tag. The cup measures 3 ½inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at the top and 2 ½ inchesdiameter at the bottom. The cup appears unused. A good polishing would make it sparkle!The cup is monogrammed with a single “B”. There is a very slightdent/dimple on the side, about 1 inch long, at the same height as the monogram (to the left of the \"B\"). A competent silversmithcould possibly remove this as well as the monogram.
