This is one brand new wrought hand forged axe.
Made from high carbon steel and zone tempered on the blade the axe has very good cutting force.
The main advantage is that the axe head have shaft guard which save the handle of damage when rough objects are cut.
Some has small rusty spots of the storage -normally for such steel.
The axe is marked with his personal stamps as guarantee for the quality of the work was done.
The axe is shafted with hard beech-tree (Fagus) and holds thé axe head very good.
