Please see this wonderful historic item.  This pin commemorates the life of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (January 15, 1929 - April 4, 1968).  

This is an original vintage item (not a reproduction).  It is in excellent condition as shown.  

Interestingly enough, it appears to have been manufactured in a facility which was unionized.  There seems to be a \"Union Made\" imprint on the back (albeit only the Union part of the circle got stamped sufficiently hard).  There are not markings on the side as to the city of manufacturing.
