Very light wear, near mint. 16 pages. Color newsprint cover & interior so, obviously, no cover gloss. My scan is of the copy you will get if high buyer. Written by Benton Resnick for the Fellowship of Reconciliation and illustrated by the Al Capp Studio. Alfred Hassler was the editor. This comic was significant to the American Civil Rights movement and original printings can be exceedingly hard to find. Despite what you might read in comics price guides, this comic was reprinted. The problem is that the reprints are very difficult to distinguish from the original unless you happen to have an original to compare and, as I have already said, originals are really hard to find. The easiest way to spot a reprint is to examine the empty space on the back cover under magnification; if a half-tone pattern can distinguished then the paper is not actually yellowed but the yellowing effect is printed. This sale is for the reprint version. Yes, I am sure it is a reprint. As always, study my scan and see if this item is right for your collection. Combine lots to save on shipping.Although I sell a lot of comics for just 99¢ I never really intend them to sell that cheaply. If you are lucky enough to get a bargain you are still responsible for the full shipping and handling. Because you got a bargain it doesn\'t make the comic any cheaper to ship safely. Accumulate many lots and save on shipping! I seldom charge more than $5 for multiple comic lots and NEVER more than $10 no matter how many you buy (in the USA, that is). Condition (Comic/Magazine: NM)Most International Transactions Welcome!Shipping & Handling Charges Subject to Change Based on Postal Rates!I Accept Most Types of Electronic PaymentsAlthough comic book grading is still somewhat subjective, you can expect that the grade I assign to a comic will be accurate. I find that I\'m more strict a grader than most people dealing on . I\'ve been dabbling in collectible comics since the late-1960s and participated in the WSA program (#1305) which provided a code of ethics for comics dealers. I\'ve contributed material to the Overstreet Price Guide and published articles in a variety of comic book related periodicals including Comic Book Marketplace, Comic Source, Golden Age Greats, Best of the West, and others. If you buy a comic book from me you can rest assured that it will live up to the description or I\'ll be happy to take it back and refund your money. My grading terminology is pretty standard for collectible comics but feel free to ask me if you have questions. Some comics may have previous dealers prices on the bags or perhaps on the comics themselves. I don\'t consider a light pencil price inside a comic to be a major defect and I might not mention it.My postage charge for a single comic is usually just $3.00* and the comic will arrive in a super-tough Stay Flat (tm) mailer. Yes, you can accumulate multiple lots to save on shipping. should calculate the discount correctly but I\'ll be happy to quote a final shipping amount after all your lots close. I leave response to everyone who pays for their lot and the response usually includes the exact date that your lot shipped.*Subject to change without notice based on actual postal fees. Shipping charges for graphic novels or lots with multiple comics will be higher.US Shipping: $3.00
