We have forty years experience grading comics and we take pride in our grading (see our grading standards). Our positive response attests to the quality of our grading and service. However, in the weekly grading of thousands of comics, occassional grading errors occur. Interior defects like a missing page or cut-out coupon can be particularly tricky to catch. Combining orders:

Ordering more than 40 items:
Unfortunately, \'s checkout system does not allow orders to be placed for more than 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items, each time you go through checkout will bring up the next 40 items that you\'ve bought. If the orders are placed one after another and we have not already shipped your earlier order, we will combine the items into a single order and refund the extra shipping charges.
Bag/Board Policy:
We bag and board all items priced $10 or higher. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not bag and board most items priced under $10. In our experience, our \"nuke-proof\" packaging will get your comics to you safely and securely. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, it may be returned for a refund.

We do our best to assure swift passage through customs and we describe merchandise so as to minimize any customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, we also fully comply with US federal export regulations. We cannot declare less than true value, describe the shipment as a gift, or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the transaction and/or items sent.
