    • This has some surface scratches, scuffs, chipped paint and rust spots. This winds up and unwinds, but I can\'t get the legs to actually move up the ladder. The legs will intermittently move and the windup mechanism feels tight so you can only wind it a little bit. The on/off switch works; perhaps it just needs some tweaking. Fireman hat is x 1-3/4\"
