Each Little Shirley is made-by-hand from Washington clay, by highly skilled ceramic artists. We take great care to ensure that each vase is a one-of-a-kind piece of ceramic art. From start to finish, it takes about one week for a Little Shirley to be made.

Each vase is individually slip-casted and hand-finished on a wheel. Vases are fired and heated twice in a kiln that reaches temperatures as high as 2,200 degrees Fahrenheit. All Little Shirley vases are carefully hand-glazed, sanded and stamped with the authentic Material Good logo.
