Up for sale is an African American Festivals of the World Kwanzaa Barbie/Fashion Doll. She is in nice condition and will need a cleaning. She comes nude for Ooak, Repaint. Marked on the back of neck, TM 2001 MATTEL INC.

Items are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment received and cleared (excluding holidays and weekends). I take great care in packing my items and insure most of my shipments. I use new and recycled boxes and sometimes cut down boxes to fit to save us on shipping fees. I always use appropriate packing materials, i.e. bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc...

I am happy to combine shipping when appropriate. You can contact me first for revised shipping cost. Please wait for me to send the invoice before making payment.

I try to keep the shipping and handling charges as low as possible for you so please keep in mind shipping charges are actual USPS postage plus a small $2.00 (unless otherwise stated in listing) which helps cover any packaging, materials, confirmation of delivery, insurance, fees, etc... Honestly, I make no money on shipping and there are no hidden costs.

Delivery times are dependent on the USPS. I ship promptly and can not control USPS postage charges or their delivery times. Please be considerate of that when using the star rating system.

International Customers: Any customs fees, taxes, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country\'s import regulations. Should they occur, I am in no way responsible for their execution or payment. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Also, please know it is becoming quite common for overseas shipments to take a long time to reach their destination. (I don\'t know why) The time spent in customs is increasing and packages could quite possibly take over a month to be delivered.
