We require a signature upon delivery for any order exceeding $50.

If an item is returned as unclaimed/undeliverable as addressed a refund will be issued minus original shipping cost.

International Buyers:

USPS First Class International shipments receive a tracking/parcel number but are not trackable outside of the US!

Once a First Class shipment leaves our facility we are not responsible for the item.

In most cases, lost items either turn up delivered or returned to the sender.
